Empty hand,
grappling,

environmental combat techniques are

Bill Francis
Academy. He
is also available to
consult
medical/dental and small business
owners regarding
workplace
violence ,
domestic
violence, and
personal
security for themselves, their family,
and their staffs. He is a
continuing
education provider through the
California Dental
Association,
and has offered multiple continuing education
courses as the
main speaker over the past 10 years.
